Before you proceed
- ✓Your latest electricity bill for each facility (PDF or photo), if you have it
- ✓Your facility's distribution utility (DU) name
- ✓An estimate of monthly consumption (kWh) and peak demand (kW), if known
- ✓Someone authorized to submit this application on the company's behalf
